To all those pre-registered for Burton

Hello Reenactors,

Thank you very much for participating in this year’s Century Village Museum Reenactment!  We are so happy to have you with us!

 Just a few notes on registration, traffic flow, and parking for the weekend: 

·       All reenactors are to check in at Registration which is located at our main gate (by the visitor parking lot).  Registration will be open on Friday from 2pm-10pm and Saturday from 7am-2pm.  Please make sure to get your meal ticket (pre-registered only) and wooden nickel at that time.  Camp layouts and safety forms will be there waiting for you as well.  Please note that no one will be allowed into the grounds before 2pm on Friday due to Education Day programming. 

·       Once through Registration, traffic is a one-way flow through the Village.  The entrance is through the front gate by the Registration table, and the exit is the back gate by Reenactor Parking.  Upon the weekend’s conclusion, we will reverse that traffic flow and come in through the back gate, exiting out by Registration.

·       Parking is once again in the back grass lot, or in the Elementary School parking lot across the street.  If anyone needs directions to either lot, please ask at Registration and they can guide you.

The Rules and Regulations as well as the public’s Schedule of Events for the weekend are going out in a separate email.  For those of you interested, the evening meal on Saturday will be in the Bond building at 5:30 pm (chili, cornbread, and cobbler!), and the ball will be at 8 pm that night.
