Just reminding all units to make sure and send your information regarding Beaver Creek on Memorial Day weekend ASAP to Capt. Dave Strichko at bidelectric@windstream.net. If you are not sure if your unit has reported in, please check with Dave immediately. We know of several units who will be there that we have not heard from yet.
PLEASE take a few minutes out of your time to answer the following questions:
1. Is your unit attending Beaver Creek?
2. How many military personnel?
3. How many civilians?
4. Type and number of tentage?
5. Are you participating the entire weekend or just Saturday or Sunday?
